The Lower Laguna Madre Foundation is a non-profit corporation whose purpose is to preserve and protect the natural resources of the South Texas intercoastal bay system for the present day and for posterity.
The photograph on the left is a current photograph of the west shoreline of the Laguna Madre. On the right is what the same shoreline might look like if industrial scale wind farms with their 400 foot tall turbines are allowed on our coast. The first such wind farm is scheduled to start operation in 2008. The LLMF needs your help in preventing this from becoming an ugly, bird killing, reality.
